1. Reduce the bending of ball crew due the weight



2. Compensate the thermal expansion of ball screw



3. Increasing the rigidity of ball screw

 

Failure Reason:
1. Nut is not fastened
2. The pretension is not enough
3. The temperature raising of the ball screw exceeds expectation

 

Countermeasures:
1. The precision nut should be fastened

2. The quantity of pretension should be enough
(Set the gauges on the motor side & supporting side of the ball screw at the same time while measuring the quantity of pretension)

 

3. There should be no unusual temperature raising of ball screw
