以上述特性為基礎,東培針對保持器於15,000 rpm下進行變形量分析,結果如下:

保持器變形量分析總結如下:

  1. 於高速運轉下,外環導引形式較有優勢。
  2. 隨著轉速提升,T3保持器由原先的混合導引變為外環導引。

最後,於DmN值1,600,000 (18,000 rpm)分別以不同保持器組裝於HS014CE1軸承進行跑合結果如下,

 

跑合結果保持器調查總結如下,

  1. 於DmN值1,600,000下,T1及T3保持器表現相當。
  2. 於T2保持器囊袋與滾動體上發現有刮痕。
  3. 於T3保持器與外環內徑發現有刮痕。
